Eugenia Duarte, 103, of Sao Nicolau, Cape Verde died on November 26, 2018. She was the beloved daughter of the late Jose Antonio Duarte and Maria Barbara da Conceicao Duarte. She is survived by her four sons, Jose Fortes of Pawtucket, Mario Ramos of East Providence, Joao Ramos of Spain, and Armando Ramos of Brazil. She was also the mother of the late Jose Ramos of Brazil. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren in addition to other family members and friends. Her angelic and humorous personality will be greatly missed.
Her funeral will begin at 8:30am on Friday, November 30th from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, RI, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. Mary Church, 103 Pine St., Pawtucket. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Providence. Calling hours will be Thursday from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. Relatives and friends are invited.
